PLEASE SEND A COPY OF YOUR NRHA MEMBERSHIP, NRHA OWER MEMBERSHIP (if different) AND NRHA COMPETITION LICENSE (if showing in Sanctioned events) WITH YOUR ENTRY FORM.

YOUTH RIDERS MUST WEAR SAFETY HELMETS.

ALL ENTRY FEES INCLUDE GST. ADDED AMOUNTS ARE OUT OF ORDINARY DUE TO NRHA REQUIREMENT OF $500 US ADDED MONEY AND CURRENCY CONVERSIONS.

CLASS DEFINITIONS:
Paid Warm Ups: To be used as a "schooling" to fix problems that come up in classes that horses are being shown in. 5 minutes arena time, no pattern.
Green Rider: Pattern 6a (modified 2 spins, simple lead changes) or NRHA Pattern 11. Open to Non Pros without any RA/NRHA earnings and have not had 3 wins in any reining event. Maximum 2 seasons.
Beginner Rider: Open to Non Pros without any RA/NRHA earnings. Must progress after 3 wins in one year. Maximum 2 seasons.
Any Handed Rookie: Non Pro, $200 RA/NRHA earnings. Can be ridden either 1 or 2 handed, but must not switch during class. No season limit.
Any Handed: Can be ridden either 1 or 2 handed, but must not switch during class. No limitations.
Schooling: Can be ridden 1 or 2 handed and may switch during class without penalty. No limitations.
Beginner Horse: Non Pro. Horse must have no RA/NRHA earnings. Limit 2 seasons.
Snaffle Bit/Hackamore event is for horses aged 5 years & under, to be ridden with 2 hands.
All of these non-sanctioned events may be ridden in either stock or western saddle with an RA/NRHA approved bit with either 1 or 2 hands (but must not be switched during class), except as noted.

SHOW CONDITIONS:
1. Futurity class is for horses age 3 or 4, age at August 1, 2009. May be ridden 1 handed in a bridle or two handed in snaffle bit/hackamore. The futurity is not NRHA approved.

2. Entries must be received no later than 30th March 2010. Entries received after this date will attract a $25 post entry fee. Late entries will only be accepted up until 1 hour prior to draw. Absolutely no late entries accepted after class is drawn. The working order will be drawn and posted after close of entries.

3. Full payment must accompany entry form.

4. No refund will be given for entry fees: Exception – with a signed veterinary report excusing horse from competition. If stable is paid for, unless a replacement can be found, no refund for stables will be given due to pre-payment requirement by CSU Wagga.

5. All owners and riders who show in sanctioned classes must be current financial members of NRHA. Membership may be applied for and paid at the show. Horses must be licensed with NRHA license. Licenses cannot be applied for at the show. Any transfer of ownership needs to be completed by the NRHA prior to showing. A copy of horse competition license and NRHA membership card must accompany entry form when faxed/posted/emailed.

6. Classes will be operated exclusively in accordance with the NRHA Handbook of Rules & Regulations. By way of making an entry you are assuming responsibility for and binding owner, rider and/or agent to the terms and conditions as set out.

7. All exhibitors will be subject to the use of photographers and videographers under the direction of show management, the results of which may be used at the discretion of CARHA for promotional purposes.

8. Payouts will be in accordance with NRHA payback schedules.

9. Horses that are entered for both events in concurrent run classes will only have one run and the score will count.

10. Show management reserves the right to modify this schedule after actual entry numbers are known.

11. Stables are available at $20 per night, but they are booked in advance. Since there are a limited number of stables, first in and paid will have preference. You must leave stables clean or you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.

13. No camping sites are on the grounds, however there is a caravan park The Red Steer within 4 kms of the facility and Centralpoint Motel is a short 5 minute drive. Also see Carinya Caravan Park on Pine Gully Road and Horseshoe Motor Village Caravan Park on Horseshoe Rd at Cartwrights Hill (see map below).

14. Australian eligibility is used.
