HI POINT STANDINGS (pdf format), updated 8 July 2008 .
HOW IT WORKS....
Each class will have a year end High Point. 2008 High Points will begin 1 January 2008 and end on 1 December 2008. Awards for year end high points are yet to be determined.
Points will be determined as follows:
1 horse, 1st place 1 point
2 horses, 1st place 2 points, 2nd place 1 point
3 horses, 1st place 3 points, 2nd place 2 points, 3rd place 1 point…. and so on until we get to a maximum of 6 points.
0 scores will receive no points however will be counted in the number of horses in the class. i.e. 2 horses in Class, one zero's and the other scores. 1st place receives 2 points, the other receives no points. If horses are scratched, it is not counted in the total class number.
The minimum amount of points a competitor must have in one class before being eligible for a high point award would be 8 (exception to this is in the Youth classes which has no minimum number.) To be eligible for a high point, riders must be a member of ACT & SNSW CRHA in good standing.
